Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Manager with proven experience in project sales within the construction materials, landscaping, sports infrastructure, or related industries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships and a successful track record of generating business opportunities and closing project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for sports and leisure infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, project management firms, developers, and end users.
  • Generate leads and actively pursue projects within the real estate, hospitality, education, and government sectors.
  • Engage with key decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and specification stages through project award.
  • Promote the company's products, services, and turnkey solutions to consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and project consultations for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
