Role purpose
Project Sales Manager role for an interior fit-out company in the UAE; the title text references Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Requirements
- Five years of experience in the same field and a UAE driving licence are stated as requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is required.
- Requires strong UAE market awareness, technical understanding of interior fit-out works, and a proven UAE sales track record.
Responsibilities
- Originate new project opportunities and lead business development.
- Manage the sales cycle from client engagement through pricing, negotiation, award, and handover.
- Secure commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects.
- Produce accurate pricing and competitive proposals.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project delivery teams.
- Drive revenue growth, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth transition from sales to execution while meeting quality, timeline, and contractual requirements.
