About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Abu Dhabi market.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with system integrators, contractors, consultants, and end users within the ELV and security industry.

Candidates from a security distribution background will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
  • Promote and sell ELV and Security solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Video Intercom, Networking, UPS, and related technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities from concept stage through project completion.
  • Work closely with consultants to secure product approvals and specifications.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, compliance statements, technical submittals, and BOQs.
  • Manage project pipelines, forecasts, and sales reports through CRM.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to strengthen market presence.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming projects.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities effectively.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 5 years of experience in ELV, Security Systems, or Low Current Systems industry
  • .
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Networking, UPS and related technologies.
  • Preference will be given to candidates coming from
  • security distribution companies
  • .
  • Existing network of consultants, contractors, system integrators, and project stakeholders in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning projects.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field is preferred.
