Quantum Star Security (QSS) is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Project Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Abu Dhabi market and drive growth across our Security and ELV business portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and securing projects involving CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Video Intercom, Networking, UPS, and related ELV solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project sales growth across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities from design stage through project completion.
  • Promote and specify company products with consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, compliance statements, technical submittals, and BOQs.
  • Maintain an active project pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct customer presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records through CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Project Sales within the ELV or Security Systems industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, Networking, Structured Cabling, and related ELV technologies.
  • Existing network and relationships with consultants, contractors, and system integrators in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with a Security Distributor, ELV Distributor, Security Manufacturer, or System Integrator.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Experience working with government, semi-government, and major developer projects within Abu Dhabi.
  • Security distribution background will be highly preferred.
  • Existing relationships with key consultants and major system integrators in Abu Dhabi will be considered a significant advantage.
