Position Summary

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for generating and securing project orders for kitchen, wardrobe, and interior fit-out works from developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for kitchen, wardrobe, and fit-out projects within the UAE market.
  • Generate project leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and procurement teams.
  • Attend client meetings, project briefings, and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate terms to secure project orders.
  • Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and installation teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and project status.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline reports, and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in kitchen manufacturing, joinery, fit-out, or construction projects within the UAE.
  • Proven track record in securing project orders and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and fit-out market.
  • Experience in dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, and architects.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Value of project orders secured.
  • Conversion ratio of quotations to confirmed orders.
  • Number of client visits and business development activities completed.
  • Customer satisfaction and repeat business generation.

Authority

  • Conduct client meetings and negotiations within approved company policies.
  • Submit quotations and proposals as per approved pricing guidelines.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and business opportunities to management.
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
