**Salary:** AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and target-driven Project Sales Executive to join our Glass & Aluminium Division.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project sales within the construction, fit-out, glass, or aluminium industry and be capable of developing new business opportunities across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new project opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE sales experience in Glass & Aluminium, Construction, or Interior Fit-Out.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close projects.
- Strong network of contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders in the UAE is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
