- Generate enquiries, follow-up projects as per the target set by the GM.
- Following up on current leads, opportunities and key accounts.
- Manage clients effectively.
- Submit weekly reports to line manager.
- Identify qualified prospects and leads.
Sales Target
- Achieve sales / gross margin targets set by the management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis .
- Generating sales enquires on monthly basis.
- Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to key developer/consultant & MEP contractors.
Customer Relation And Networking
- Maintain good rapport with key clients, leading consultants and MEP contractors. Research market in terms of current jobs in hand, current projects under design, current projects on tender stage.
- Interact and engage with customers for information / feedback related to competitor’s pricing / products proposed.
- Understand and analyze the customer needs.
- Must have good knowledge and experience in sanitary ware sector.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Experience
- sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Sanitary Ware: 2 years (Required)
Language
- Arabic (Preferred)
