Overview

  • Project Sales Executive will be responsible to -
  • Generate enquiries, follow-up projects as per the target set by the GM.
  • Following up on current leads, opportunities and key accounts.
  • Manage clients effectively.
  • Submit weekly reports to line manager.
  • Identify qualified prospects and leads.

Sales Target

  • Achieve sales / gross margin targets set by the management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis .
  • Generating sales enquires on monthly basis.
  • Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to key developer/consultant & MEP contractors.

Customer Relation And Networking

  • Maintain good rapport with key clients, leading consultants and MEP contractors. Research market in terms of current jobs in hand, current projects under design, current projects on tender stage.
  • Interact and engage with customers for information / feedback related to competitor’s pricing / products proposed.
  • Understand and analyze the customer needs.
  • Must have good knowledge and experience in sanitary ware sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience

  • sales: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Sanitary Ware: 2 years (Required)

Language

  • Arabic (Preferred)
