Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Executive with proven experience in Door Hardware, Architectural Ironmongery, and Access Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project business, managing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects, and achieving sales targets across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
- Promote and sell door hardware, architectural ironmongery, access control, and related solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Secure product approvals and specifications with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Follow up on project pipelines from specification stage through project completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project sales within the door hardware, ironmongery, or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of door accessories, locks, hinges, door closers, panic hardware, and related products.
- Established network of consultants, contractors, and developers in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
