Project Sales Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities; prepare proposals and present offerings to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate sales documentation, and follow up with prospects promptly.
• Coordinate internally to align project requirements with service capabilities.
• Support site visits or virtual consultations, analyze customer needs, and provide customer service support.
• Contribute to sales strategies that expand the company’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong project sales and sales skills, including experience driving revenue through project-based opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal coordination.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Sales management skills for pipeline management, opportunity forecasting, and strategic sales planning.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a hybrid setup.

Beneficial experience and tools

• A diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in educational infrastructure, facilities solutions, or project-based service environments is an advantage.
• Basic CRM and productivity software proficiency, including spreadsheets and presentation tools, is preferred.

• Hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with some work-from-home flexibility.
