Project Sales Representatives partner with customers to understand needs and plan construction and renovation projects.

Compensation

Responsibilities
- Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
- Understand customer needs and recommend project solutions.
- Keep informed about current promotions and direct customer interactions confidently.

- Prepare quotes and material lists and follow up with customers.
- Maintain safety and customer service standards, resolve customer challenges, and learn about products and market conditions.
Qualifications
- A strong foundation in sales and customer service.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Confidence, persuasiveness, energy, and self-motivation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and achieve sales objectives.
- Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Building materials and construction process knowledge is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English.
