Project Program Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Project Program Manager role based in Doha, Qatar.

The Project Program Manager will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex AI and data initiatives, ensuring projects are aligned with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Lead the master project plan and milestone tracking across workstreams

Coordinate internal teams, partners, vendors, and advisors

Track progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers to leadership

Develop teacher onboarding, training frameworks, and readiness standards for the Teacher Enable Lab

Align with global curriculum and certification partners on teaching standards and certification readiness

Build an AI-era teacher enablement methodology covering responsible AI and classroom delivery

Assess tools for lesson planning, simulations, classroom observation, and learning analytics

Prepare teachers to deliver immersive learning alongside the core curriculum

Transition into a Program Manager role as the Lab scales and becomes fully operational

5–10+ years in project management, program management, or operations, ideally spanning general delivery and an education or EdTech setting

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, partners, and stakeholders at once

Strong planning, risk management, and milestone tracking skills

A track record of building a new program, function, or environment from the ground up

Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership, founder-style environment

Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in EdTech, teacher training, curriculum implementation, or school transformation

Experience with certification bodies or structured credential pathways

Experience in GCC, Qatar, or Ministry-linked education environments

Exposure to LMS platforms, learning analytics, or AI-enabled teaching tools

Exposure to VR/AR and simulation-based training

Arabic language proficiency
