Project Planning Manager / Scheduling Coordinator

Role

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, internship processes, and training initiatives; maintain relationships with industry partners and recruiters.
• Coordinate with academic departments and organize placement activities.
• Manage student data and placement records and coordinate communication among students, employers, and institute authorities.
• Guide students on career readiness and support soft skills and employability training.
• Develop strategies to improve placement outcomes and industry outreach.
• Prepare reports, monitor placement statistics, and ensure alignment with institutional policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management abilities, including experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students, faculty, and industry representatives.
• Proficiency organizing events, managing data, and using office productivity tools for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of campus recruitment processes, internship frameworks, and higher education industry engagement.
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making ability in an academic or professional setting.
• A master’s degree or equivalent in Management, Education Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior placement, corporate relations, or career services experience is highly beneficial.
