Project Planning and Control Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Review project budget variances and explanations, remaining budgets, and required budgets.
• Profile budget expenses and validate profiles against resource assignments.
• Communicate regularly and in a structured manner with internal clients.
• Prepare related reports.
• Submit process improvement ideas and lead continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other financially related tasks as required.

Minimum qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
• College degree or equivalent combination of related training and experience.
• Knowledge of Planisware is a strong asset.
• One to three years of experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Team spirit, flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to manage deadline pressure.
• Effective time management and planning across multiple concurrent tasks; ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and internal customers.
• Willingness to learn new software tools.
