We are seeking a Project Planner to join our Rail team in Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will support the planning, scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring of major rail and transportation design projects, ensuring effective project controls and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for rail and transportation design projects.
Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for project leadership and clients.
Support project managers in forecasting, risk identification, and schedule recovery plans.
Analyze project data and trends to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance.
Utilize advanced Excel tools to develop reporting templates, trackers, and automated workflows.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure alignment of project schedules and deliverables.
Support the implementation of Power BI dashboards and process automation initiatives to streamline planning and reporting activities.
