Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee the execution of fire protection system projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage resources and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages from design approval to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, and site installation personnel.
- Maintain close communication with clients, providing regular project updates, progress reporting, and managing change requests as required.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and certifications are obtained, maintained, and reviewed as required for project execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to obtain approvals.
Qualifications
- Degree or recognised qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection), Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fire protection
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and AutoCAD.
