Overview
- Lead end-to-end execution of
- HV/EHV Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects
- from engineering through commissioning and handover.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with
- clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- throughout project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans and monitor progress against baseline schedules.
- Ensure compliance with
- SEC / Saudi Aramco / IEC / international standards
- and project specifications.
- Manage
- contract administration, variation orders, claims (EOT), and change control processes
- .
- Oversee procurement coordination for major equipment including
- GIS/AIS switchgear, transformers, cables, towers, conductors, and protection systems
- .
- Monitor project performance through progress tracking, risk mitigation, and corrective action planning.
- Ensure adherence to
- QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations
- across all site activities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, planning, and commissioning personnel.
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual deliverables.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings with stakeholders and prepare management reports.
- Support project close-out activities including testing, commissioning, documentation, and handover.
