The Senior Project Manager oversees operations and administration for assigned projects and programs.
The role provides visible leadership and accountability over high-profile projects for Insight clients or internal leadership.
The stated time split is 90% project and program leadership and 10% business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and oversee assigned projects and programs.
- Lead successful delivery of client and internal projects and help develop future business opportunities.
- Work with internal leaders on regional best practices, standards, and methodology.
- Use change-management processes to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- 10 years of related experience and/or training in IT services, IT operations, or professional services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PMP certification is required within six months of placement in the project manager role.
- Active PMI membership is desirable.
