We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to manage customer projects from order receipt through successful delivery.
The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely document approvals, project execution, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sales orders, technical offers, and customer specifications.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and action plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams.
- Review and submit engineering documents to customers.
- Track document approvals and maintain project records.
- Manage customer communications and project review meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
