Role overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of a secure infrastructure package under a Technical Services Provider contract for a government client.

Act on behalf of the client to oversee the appointed Design & Build contractor and ensure contractual, technical, and programme alignment.

The role is site-based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution from mobilization through handover under NEC4 obligations.
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder communications; coordinate engineering, assurance, and construction leads.
  • Monitor contractor performance and compliance with safety, security, and technical standards.
  • Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and issue logs; liaise with the client on approvals, variations, progress, and technical matters.
  • Report KPIs, risks, and strategic actions to senior Amentum leadership.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience, including five years in secure environments; proven NEC4 contract experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with project planning and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Saudi regulations and secure project delivery requirements.

Preferred credentials

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or NEC4 Project Manager accreditation is preferred.
