Role overview

Project and program delivery

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of CDA projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Support operations across initiatives by tracking KPIs, maintaining dashboards, and improving workflows.
• Manage resources and support project-specific and program-wide budgeting.

Stakeholders, risk, and reporting

• Align deliverables and expectations with internal teams, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues affecting project timelines or objectives.
• Report project status, milestones, and performance metrics to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to support execution.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management or program operations experience, ideally in technology or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through closure.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, or Excel.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred qualification

• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
