Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion; supervise daily project activities and site operations.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Manage budgets, costs, manpower, and resources; monitor progress and timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements; identify risks and take corrective action.
- Lead project engineers, supervisors, and site teams; attend project meetings and update management.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant project management experience, including management of large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and management; strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- A valid Saudi Arabia driving licence is mandatory.
- The preferred candidate profile includes independent handling of multiple activities, project execution and site management experience, on-time/on-budget delivery, and problem-solving and decision-making ability.
