Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects on behalf of the owner.
The role is responsible for ensuring project delivery in line with the highest standards of quality, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and schedule performance.
The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining effective coordination and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
- PMP certification is preferred
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and project operations
- Preference will be given to candidates who have previously held the same position within real estate development companies in Saudi Arabia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial projects
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and successful delivery across cost, quality, and schedule targets
- Monitor and evaluate project performance indicators, including budget control, timeline adherence, and quality standards
- Assess the performance of contractors and developers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and approved project plans
- Coordinate effectively with design teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
- Manage project documentation, correspondence, requests, and drawings to ensure timely contractual actions and decision-making
- Represent the owner in site meetings and coordination discussions with contractors, consultants, and all relevant stakeholders
