Primary Purpose

• Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely issuance of drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Site Execution & Supervision

• Lead site activities including installation, commissioning, testing, and handover.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits across KSA to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols.

• Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct progress meetings, prepare reports, and maintain transparent communication.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

• Commercial & Contractual Oversight

• Monitor project budgets, variations, and commercial risks.
• Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing claims, change orders, and commercial justifications when required.

• Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Ensure all project deliverables meet company and industry quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover packages.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in construction, lighting, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of site execution, engineering coordination, and commercial processes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across KSA.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in construction, lighting, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulations.

Work Conditions
