Overview
- 🚨 We Are Hiring \| Project Manager – High Rise Residential Towers
- Mega Rush Contracting is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead the Project Tower Mega Rush development — a high-rise residential towers project in Riyadh consisting of 40-floor towers.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project from execution to handover in line with schedule, quality, and budget requirements
- Lead the site team, coordinate with consultants, and manage subcontractors
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and track project progress
- Handle claims, payments, and coordination with the client and consultant
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards including ISO 9001 & ISO 45001
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in High Rise projects
- Previous experience managing a residential tower project of at least 40 floors
- PMP or PgMP certification is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working with international consultants
- Transferable Iqama
- Candidates based in Riyadh are preferred for immediate joining and interview availability
