Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role located in Riyadh, with flexibility for remote work and required travel to project sites, client locations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings when needed.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering strategic projects and programs across ATA7ADAK's education, wellness, and technology initiatives.
You will manage project plans, timelines, resources, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables while ensuring projects are executed according to agreed objectives, quality standards, and deadlines.
The role requires close coordination with internal teams, clients, schools, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, operations, or technology delivery roles
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Experience delivering digital platforms, mobile applications, enterprise systems, or technology-enabled programmes
- Strong understanding of project planning, governance, risk management, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Experience preparing project reports, dashboards, status updates, and stakeholder presentations
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, and collaboration tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a hybrid work environment
- Experience within education, wellness, health-tech, SaaS, or technology sectors is a plus
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
