Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Jeddah.
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Responsibilities
include managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, expediting project materials, coordinating inspections, and ensuring logistical arrangements are in place to meet project requirements.
The Project Manager will also facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote seamless project execution and resolve any challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee end-to-end project lifecycle effectively
- Hands-on experience in Expediting and managing material deliveries
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure quality control and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in managing projects within similar industries is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of project milestones
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- as a Project Manager
- At least
- 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
Compensation & Benefits
- **Salary:**
- SAR 20,000 – 25,000 (based on experience)
- **Accommodation, food, and transportation**
