Project Manager

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Lead product development and NPI projects through commercialization and production launch.
• Build integrated plans for scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve resource or execution constraints.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, ownership, and escalation.
• Facilitate project, risk, and phase-gate reviews to enable decisions.
• Report milestones, project health, decisions, and actions.
• Guide projects through PLM processes and required gate criteria.
• Coordinate design transfer, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and production transition.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision records, and change documentation.
• Strengthen PMO practices, tools, and governance.

What you need

• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and decision-facilitation skills.
• 5+ years managing engineering, hardware development, or manufacturing projects or programmes.
• Experience with PLM, industrialization, commercialization, and cross-functional product development.
• Familiarity with engineering change and configuration management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Advantageous qualifications

• PMP certification or progress toward certification is advantageous.
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery and Scrum experience is advantageous.
• ISO or regulated-environment experience and experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Wrike, or Asana are advantageous.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid working, with four days onsite and one remote.

Salary range

• The anticipated salary range is CAD 76,800–CAD 102,400.
