Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, particularly PMP standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge and certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a must.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management roles.
