Project Manager - Private Banking

Lead and manage Private Banking projects and strategic initiatives from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation plans, and governance frameworks to ensure effective project delivery.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, compliance, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Manage end-to-end implementation of Private Banking products, services, and technology solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, providing timely escalation and resolution when required.

Establish and track project KPIs, delivery metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to banking governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops to support decision-making and project alignment.

Drive continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices, lessons learned, and process optimization initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and business value realization.
