TME is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex port, marine, coastal, terminal, and waterfront infrastructure projects.
The role covers project planning, design delivery, early-stage studies, and construction support on the consultant side.
The position is based in the UAE and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of port, marine, coastal, and terminal infrastructure projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and commercial performance.
- Provide technical and project leadership for port master planning, marine structures, terminal developments, dredging, coastal engineering, and waterfront projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary civil, structural, geotechnical, coastal, environmental, MEP, and infrastructure teams.
- Interface with port authorities, terminal operators, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet applicable HSE, quality, and client requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Coastal, Marine, Ocean, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in ports, marine, coastal, or waterfront infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects and teams.
- Strong technical understanding of marine infrastructure, port and terminal planning, coastal engineering, and related developments.
- Experience in the Middle East, Africa, or other international markets is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, client-management, and commercial skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,146.30 to AED 20,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in the UAE.
