Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk assessments effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project processes.
Job Requirements
- Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
