Lead large-scale projects involving Physical Security, ELV, CCTV, ANPR, Traffic Enforcement, ITS, and Roadside Systems across Qatar.

Mandatory qualifications and experience
- Valid PMP certification is mandatory; candidates without it will not be considered.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in ELV, Physical Security, CCTV, ANPR, ITS, Traffic Enforcement, or related technology projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience managing building security projects and roadside or highway camera installation projects.
- Strong experience with Qatar MOI and Traffic Department projects and with Ashghal (PWA) processes and approvals.
- Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
- A proven record of successfully completed projects under direct management is required.
Technical and project expertise
- CCTV systems expertise includes cameras, containment, structured cabling, fiber optics, networking, switches, servers, storage, VMS, control rooms, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Roadside infrastructure expertise includes poles, gantries, foundations, roadside cabinets, power systems, UPS, fiber connectivity, trenching, civil works, and centralized-system integration.
- Knowledge of road safety, HSE, Traffic Management Plans, lane closures, diversions, road-work permits, and safe execution on live roads.
- Project management includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, resource planning, procurement, subcontractor management, risk management, QA/QC, HSE, testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout.
- Excellent leadership, communication, reporting, client-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects across buildings, roads, intersections, highways, and critical sites.
- Coordinate with MOI, Traffic Department, Ashghal, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Manage multiple engineering and installation teams and oversee project delivery through handover and closeout.
Project experience documentation
- Shortlisted candidates must provide a detailed project list with client name, project name and value, duration, scope, systems implemented, and their specific role and responsibilities.
Preferred experience
- Preference for direct Qatar experience managing MOI, Traffic Department, and Ashghal projects involving Physical Security, CCTV, ANPR, Traffic Enforcement, and ITS systems.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 15,000 per month.
