Overview

• We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of projects end-to-end and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
• 📍 Location: Qatar
• 💼 Experience: 3+yrs
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
• Track milestones, manage risks/issues, and adapt plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure resource allocation and maintain high-quality project governance
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
• 🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in managing IT/technology projects
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• 🔹 Preferred:
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
• Experience in client-facing roles and delivering large-scale projects
