Role overview
Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, defining scope, timelines, coordination, and deliverables.
Serve as the communication bridge between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
Project planning and stakeholder management
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for launches and ongoing operations.
- Coordinate projects across regional markets and align objectives with organizational strategy.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners and provide data-driven updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Compliance, delivery, and improvement
- Ensure projects adhere to regulations, licensing requirements, and payment-compliance standards; coordinate approvals and audits with legal and compliance teams.
- Oversee daily activities and milestones, mitigate risks, and keep deliverables on schedule.
- Identify efficiency improvements and standardize and document operational frameworks for scaling.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-border projects and understanding cultural and regulatory nuances.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project frameworks; proven complex-project delivery on time and within budget.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and adaptability skills; experience leading without direct authority.
- Experience with distributed, remote, or international teams across time zones; familiarity with data analysis and metric-driven evaluation.
