Responsibilities
- Monitor employee KPIs and KRAs, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with employees and managers on day-to-day execution; maintain performance trackers and follow up on gaps.
- Assist with policies for performance and operational processes; identify operational gaps and drive improvements.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and management updates; coordinate timely execution of initiatives.
