This role manages the design consultant team, the general contractor, and the overall project budget and schedule, serving as the primary point of accountability for scope, cost, and quality outcomes on assigned projects.

- Experience developing and managing project budgets and master schedules integrating design, permitting, and construction milestones.
- Working knowledge of California entitlement processes, Title 24 energy standards, CALGreen requirements, and applicable multifamily building codes.
- Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

- Prior experience with ground-up multifamily or mixed-use residential development.
- Familiarity with entitlement processes across multiple Southern California jurisdictions.
- Experience managing design consultants directly, rather than solely reviewing contractor-submitted design-build packages.
- Working knowledge of construction defect avoidance practices for multifamily product.
- Proficiency with project scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and budget/cost management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to interface directly with ownership, design teams, contractors, and municipal agencies.
