• Planning and scheduling the scope of work for the project.
• Manage project commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management.
• Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture and supporting the ongoing development of our PNG citizen employees.
• An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods.
• Planning and leading the overall execution of all project functions.
• Tertiary or Trade qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• Previous Oil and Gas experience is highly regarded.
• Proven construction/project delivery background within the resources industry.
• Strong understanding in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, estimating, forecasting and change management involving changes to scope, quantities and timeframes.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
