The Role
This is an opportunity for a project manager to take on meaningful responsibility across design, procurement, and delivery while building their career within a respected employee-owned consultancy known for quality outcomes and a genuinely supportive culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder and consultant engagement across all project phases
- Lead design management and coordination of project inputs
- Support procurement and tender processes for consultants and contractors
- Oversee programme management, reporting and project controls
- Administer contracts during delivery, including RFIs, variations and payments
Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years’ experience in project management, construction, engineering or consultancy
- Background in client-side PM, consultancy, architecture or contractor delivery
- Experience in social infrastructure projects (health, aged care, education or similar)
- Strong understanding of the construction process across design and delivery
- Confident, proactive communicator able to work autonomously and collaboratively
