Project Manager – Marine

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the
• end-to-end execution of marine construction projects
• , including planning, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Manage construction activities related to
• jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, revetments, dredging, and shoreline protection
• .
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate with
• clients, consultants, port authorities, and regulatory bodies
• to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee subcontractors, marine crews, and site teams, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with
• HSE standards
• , particularly marine safety protocols, lifting operations, and offshore risks.
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals.
• Manage procurement of marine equipment such as
• barges, tugs, cranes, and dredgers

• Identify project risks (weather, tides, logistics constraints) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all works comply with contractual obligations, quality standards, and local authority regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.

• Proven track record in delivering projects involving:
• + Marine structures (quay walls, jetties, breakwaters)
• + Dredging and reclamation works
• Strong knowledge of

• UAE authorities (Ports, Municipalities, or similar regulatory bodies)
