What you will do

• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality, following project lifecycle, company standards and relevant legislation.
• Provide project management services, including monitoring and reporting, in line with company standards and client expectations.
• Manage changes, risks and contingencies and maintain detailed cost, contingency and programme information.
• Organise project meetings, maintain records, distribute stakeholder information and attend key on-site stages during critical phases.
• Oversee contract assessments and notifications for compliance with project requirements.
• Support compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015.

What you will bring

• At least five years’ experience and knowledge within the public sector.
• Experience with project lifecycles and project governance.
• Professional qualification of APM-PMQ or above.
• Experience managing NEC3 or NEC4 (ECC and PSC) or JCT contracts, including subcontractors or consultants.
• Experience using MS Project for project scheduling.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects and with relevant stakeholders, including local authorities, rail bodies, National Grid and Tier 1 contractors.
• NEC Accredited Project Manager qualification in NEC3 or NEC4 is desirable.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid working is offered, with three days in the office and flexible core hours.
• The role includes attendance at key on-site project stages during critical phases.
