Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects involving endpoint security, Intune, identity and access management, device refreshes, virtual desktops, managed print and Windows deployments.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
• Provide governance, manage risks and issues, oversee financial forecasting and ensure solutions meet end-user needs.

About you

• Extensive project management experience in IT infrastructure or end-user services environments.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stream technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Able to set objectives, challenge technical solutions and hold internal teams and vendors accountable.
• Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders, leading meetings and workshops, and building relationships with technical teams and service providers.
• Experience managing governance, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and operational readiness.
• Relevant qualifications such as PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent are noted.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid working model requiring 50% workplace attendance, with Macquarie Park as the home base and occasional flexibility to work from other offices.
• Team collaboration days are generally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
