This position is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who can manage complex projects across technical, business, and vendor ecosystems, ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects.
- Manage vendor and partners: Partner evaluations, oversee contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation paths.
- Drive adoption of AI, cloud services, data governance, and analytics solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and sign-off checkpoints with stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience ideally in the UAE
- Experience of managing projects in government/private industry.
- Strong track record of vendor/partner management and managing third-party service providers.
- Experience in AI, Data, Robotics, Cloud, and Data transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Languages:
- + English – fluent (mandatory)
- + Chinese (Mandarin) – (mandatory)
