Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding phases and create detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, status reports, and processes.
• Drive schedules and plans across cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
• Lead customer interactions, weekly implementation meetings, status updates, and follow-up on deliverables.
• Run multiple simultaneous customer implementation projects and monitor project performance.
• Ensure delivery within contractual obligations and timelines, escalating risks to leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Onboarding teams on customer needs.
• Identify valuable additional services with consulting team members.
• Use AI workflows and no-code/low-code automations for tracking, reporting, documentation, task management, and communications.
• Identify and implement practical AI solutions that improve visibility, scalability, productivity, and customer experience.
• Participate in internal projects as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or senior project management.
• Experience in regional or global payroll operations.
• Experience leading large projects and multifaceted engagements.
• Ability to lead multiple customers and projects or tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills across groups and organizational levels.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or custom AI solutions.
• Experience integrating AI-driven workflows, agents, or no-code/low-code automations into project management or implementation processes.
• Ability to identify AI adoption opportunities and implement practical improvements.
