Overview
- Lead and oversee all aspects of complex Oil & gas construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and procurement strategies, for multi-million dollar ventures.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, cost analysis, and variance explanations, to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast costs, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, including design conflicts, material shortages, and schedule delays, with innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting best practices.
