Project Manager
to lead and deliver strategic software development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Agile and Scrum methodologies
, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. 🌟
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum
- 10 years of Project Management experience

- Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly proficient in project planning, execution, and team coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with software development teams and SDLC processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
