Overview
Our client, a leading organization in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, and resources
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery
- Lead and manage project teams effectively
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality standards across all project phases
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare projects is a plus
- Professional certification in project management is preferred
