Overview
Lead and manage large-scale construction initiatives across the organization, with full accountability for delivery, performance, and stakeholder alignment.
The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and hands-on experience in mega or multi‑billion SAR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to handover, ensuring alignment with approved objectives.
- Control project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee risk management, reporting, and governance at project level.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and contractual requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior and executive management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15+ years of experience in project management within major construction or EPC environments.
- Proven track record on mega, giga, or multi‑billion value projects.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex project environments.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
