Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out experience ONLY)

Role overview

Planning and team management

• Lead projects from initiation through completion and develop schedules, timelines, and budgets to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee project progress and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate site supervisors, workers, subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders; support and train junior staff and on-site teams.

Client, cost, and site management

• Serve as the main client contact, provide progress updates, understand client requirements, and resolve project concerns.
• Maintain budgets, monitor and approve expenses, control costs, and identify cost savings without compromising scope or quality.
• Inspect sites and check that work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Reporting and documentation

• Prepare regular status reports for management and clients covering progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

Experience and knowledge

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the Interior Joinery Fit-Out industry, with a record of managing multiple projects and teams.
• UAE project experience and understanding of local regulations and industry standards are essential.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methods, such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and installation methods is preferred.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Leadership, team management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• English fluency is requested; Arabic is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

• Monthly salary stated as AED 8,000–12,000; benefit copy also says up to AED 12,000 per month based on experience.
