About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Project Manager with solid experience in the commercial interior fit-out industry. The candidate should be well-versed in project planning, scheduling, submittal management, and reporting, and capable of ensuring smooth project execution within a process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interior fit-out projects from site execution to final handover
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules aligned with baseline programs
- Prepare and track material submittals, shop drawing submittals, and approvals
- Maintain and update procurement logs in line with project schedules
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports linked to the approved baseline schedule
- Monitor progress against the schedule and proactively identify potential delays
- Take timely decisions to mitigate delays and ensure smooth workflow on site
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Attend client and consultant meetings and manage post-contract coordination
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Support cost control measures and efficient resource utilization
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
- Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out works and sequencing
- Proven experience in project scheduling and planning
- Hands-on exposure to managing submittals, procurement tracking, and reporting systems
- Familiarity with process-driven work culture
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions to resolve site and schedule issues
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Good leadership qualities with a team-oriented approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
