Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out

Workplace and employment

• Dubai, UAE; permanent, full-time role.

Project delivery and coordination

• Plan and manage multiple projects, programmes, budgets, resource plans, and look-ahead schedules.
• Lead project and site teams and represent the company with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Coordinate design, procurement, production, subcontractors, site teams, approvals, materials, labour, plant, access, and installation.
• Review drawings, coordinate RFIs and technical submissions, attend project meetings, and manage correspondence and follow-up.

Resources, cost, quality, and close-out

• Control materials and inventory against approved drawings, BOMs, programmes, budgets, and available stock; limit shortages, over-ordering, waste, and excess inventory.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, material usage, delays, rework, subcontractor resources, and operational risks; take corrective action and prepare recovery plans.
• Coordinate BOQ/BOM and installed quantities with the design team and QS; provide accurate project information and records for commercial review.
• Inspect progress, quality, productivity, and safety; drive right-first-time delivery and manage snagging, handover, and close-out.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; diploma is also listed as required.
• At least 7–8 years of relevant construction or interior fit-out experience, including at least 4–5 years in the UAE. Structured fields specify 7 years in construction and 4 years in interior fit-out.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously; strong knowledge of fit-out installation and construction methods.
• Strong project planning, programming, resource allocation, technical coordination, and ability to coordinate drawings, BOQs, BOMs, procurement, inventory, and installation.
• Experience managing clients, consultants, and main contractors; specialist interior trades experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, judgement, problem-solving, commercial awareness, and ability to make decisions independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-planning tools; valid UAE driving licence required.
• PMP or equivalent recognized project management qualification is desirable.

Salary

• Starting salary is AED 10,000 per month; final offer is negotiable based on relevant experience, technical capability, leadership, and practical-assessment results.
